The Elephant Crossing – Ironbridge
We’re expanding our team at The Elephant Crossing and are looking for a Bartender / Trainee Supervisor to join us in this new position.
This is a great opportunity for someone with bar or hospitality experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop towards a supervisory role.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of our bar team, helping to deliver great service during busy shifts while developing your skills and experience as a future supervisor.
As a Trainee Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility, support the team and help with the smooth running of shifts.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and friendly behind the bar
- Reliable, hardworking and organised
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- A strong team player
- Able to take initiative and use their own judgement
- Keen to develop and progress within hospitality
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred
