About the Role
You’ll act as a central point of coordination within the business, supporting senior leadership with day-to-day operations while also contributing to marketing and brand activity.
This is a varied position combining structured administration with creativity — ideal for someone who enjoys both organisation and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
PA & Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and diary support to senior team members
- Manage inboxes, appointments, and key priorities
- Coordinate meetings, bookings, and follow-up actions
- Draft professional emails, documents, and correspondence
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a first point of contact for calls and enquiries
Marketing & Content
- Create and schedule social media content across key platforms
- Design marketing materials using tools such as Canva
- Support printed materials, promotions, and mail campaigns
- Assist with basic video content (e.g. short clips or reels)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and tone
Administration & Organisation
- Maintain organised systems, records, and processes
- Support CRM updates, lead tracking, and marketing admin
- Ensure deadlines are met across tasks and projects
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support business activity
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working closely with senior team members
- Creative, with an interest in marketing and content
- Professional, reliable, and positive in their approach
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration or PA support
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or content creation
- Basic video editing skills
- Interest or experience in copywriting
- Familiarity with email marketing tools
