Quantum Shine Window Cleaning are now looking to take on a new member of staff to join our team. Initially the work will be part time Monday/Friday (other days available if required) 8:30am-4:30pm £13 per hour during the initial 4-8 weeks probation period, with the opportunity for a permanent contract after passing the probation period, after which the rate of pay will increase to £15 per hour + daily bonuses which can be achieved on a regular basis if you are willing to put in the extra work and are looking to boost your income from the job role. Part Time Salary 3 days per week £18,720 per year.
Employees are required to have a Valid UK Driving License.
Previous experience is not required, as there will be full training for the position, however CV applications sent with window cleaning experience will be prioritised.
The position on offer will involve safely driving to customer locations, dealing with customer relations, managing customer complaints, physical demanding work cleaning windows, Time Management skills, Taking initiative on a daily basis. Primarily working independently, but also working within a team when required.
This job may also be suitable for those who are semi retired and looking for some part time work 2-3 days per week, with flexible days and hours.
As a side note there is a possibility of a long term full time position within this job role if you excel in the position with a potential salary of £31,200-£34,320.
