Groundsperson / Tree Surgery Operative – Andrews of Kimpton Limited Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire Company: Andrews of Kimpton Limited Andrews of Kimpton Limited is looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundsperson to join our established tree surgery team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to be part of a friendly team and is looking to learn, develop and progress within the arboriculture industry. The Role Duties will include: - Assisting climbers and tree surgeons from the ground - Clearing and processing branches and timber - Using wood chippers and other equipment where trained - Keeping work sites safe, tidy and organised - General ground-based tree work - Looking after tools, machinery and equipment - Working as part of a professional team Previous tree work experience would be an advantage, although training and progression opportunities are available for the right person.
