- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance while practicing responsible serving.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, keeping inventory levels accurate and organized for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive guest experiences.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with proven experience as a bartender or in a similar restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage handling.
- Excellent serving skills combined with the ability to connect authentically with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients, giving correct change, and managing tabs.
- Effective time management to handle high-volume periods without compromising service quality.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
