Instanta is a global coffee manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience, supplying private-label and B2B customers across international markets.
As part of the launch of our new UK operation in Redditch, we are looking for a reliable and well-organised person to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
As the role involves regular cooperation with Instanta’s teams and headquarters in Poland, Polish-speaking candidates are warmly encouraged to apply.
Your role
You will be responsible for ensuring that goods are received, stored, prepared and dispatched accurately, safely and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing the daily receipt, storage and dispatch of goods;
- checking deliveries against transport and warehouse documentation;
- preparing customer orders for collection and shipment;
- maintaining accurate stock records and supporting regular stock counts;
- organising warehouse space and ensuring correct product identification and stock rotation;
- coordinating loading, unloading and cooperation with transport companies;
- preparing and maintaining warehouse and dispatch documentation;
- reporting stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues;
- supporting packing, fulfilment and other operational activities at the Redditch site;
- maintaining high standards of organisation, hygiene and workplace safety;
- cooperating with the UK sales team, logistics partners and Instanta’s teams in Poland;
- supporting the implementation and improvement of warehouse procedures as the UK operation develops.
What we are looking for
- practical experience in warehouse, logistics, stock management or goods-handling operations;
- a responsible, accurate and well-organised approach to work;
- the ability to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations;
- good communication skills and practical knowledge of English;
- knowledge of Polish will be an advantage;
- experience with warehouse, inventory or ERP systems will be an advantage;
- a forklift licence or relevant material-handling experience will be an advantage;
- basic computer skills, including MS Office;
- flexibility and willingness to support different operational tasks;
- awareness of health and safety requirements;
- the right to work in the United Kingdom.
