Bagheera is a busy South Indian Street food restautant on Station Street,Keswick
We are looking to hire a smart individual to join our front of house team mainly to help with our cocktails and drinks and also to be part of the small and friendly front of house team Training will be provided
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
- Clear tables promptly and assist with setting up dining areas for new guests
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and service stations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
