Who are we?
Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.
Registered in January 2019 Ambition Community Healthcare was founded by three experienced care professionals. Having worked first-hand in the complex care sector for a combined 40 years plus, they have sought to create a care provider that put clients and their needs first.
Our Service Users all have complex healthcare needs and therefore this candidate will be happy to undertake extensive in-house and online training. This person will be able to complete moving and handling tasks with ease and have a 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude.
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team supporting our clients in and around the Norwich area.
The Job Role:
A rare opportunity has come up for a bank role with our company, however you will also have a low amount of regular hours. You would have guaranteed hours at one of our low-hour packages, which equates to 6 hours every 2 weeks. However, this would simply be a starting point for you, as we have further hours available.
Some information about your "regular" client:
Based in Acle, our young adult Client lives with her family in their home. She requires a support worker who is easy to interact with, as well as being fun to be around and encouraging. They must be medically competent, with a good medical knowledge and is ready to empower her to achieve her goals and live a fulfilling life.
Our client suffers with Epilepsy and needs Medication Administration. Experience and knowledge of these interventions would be an advantage for your application, however full and extensive training will be given.
