The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Operations Assistant to take ownership of our live-selling events from planning through to execution. We are looking for someone to organise inventory, pricing, labels and hosts.
This varied role combines fashion merchandising, customer engagement, and operational support. You'll be responsible for organising iventory for live sales, selecting products based on trends and customer demand, preparing stock and labels, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and organise live events from start to finish.
- Select and prepare product ranges based on customer behaviour, sales performance, and current trends.
- Price products and prepare stock for live shows.
- Create and organise numbered labels for live sales.
- Hang stock daily to make it easier for the host when presenting.
- Print and prepare shipping labels following each show and coordinate handover to the warehouse team for picking and packing.
- Work closely with the buying team to share sales insights and identify products for replenishment.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail setting.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
- Learn the warehouse system and how to book stock out.
Desirable Experience.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Organisational/warehouse skills
- Experience using Whatnot or similar live-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
