Construction Project Manager
Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 0HA
Salary: £70,000 per annum

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a construction project based in Newport Pagnell, MK16 0HA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project from commencement through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and the project team.
- Monitor programme, progress, quality and costs.
- Attend and lead project and progress meetings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays and site issues.
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and quality control.
- Oversee snagging, completion and final handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' construction experience.
- Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and work to project deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
