Salary: £29,305
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role combining warehouse operations with driving, delivery and installation responsibilities.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring furniture is received, stored, delivered and installed safely and professionally—supporting customers at an important moment and helping to create positive experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse
- Receive, inspect and store deliveries accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment
- Support stock control, including counts and stock takes
- Complete paperwork and use warehouse systems effectively
- Operate equipment and support recycling and waste processes
- Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times
Driving, Delivery & Installation
- Drive company vehicles and carry out vehicle safety checks
- Load, transport and deliver furniture safely
- Assemble and install furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
- Fit blinds and curtains where required
- Provide a professional, customer-focused delivery experience
- Manage delivery schedules, including pre-delivery communication
- Handle collections and returns safely and respectfully
About You
We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in delivering great service.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving
- Good attention to detail and basic IT/literacy skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling safely
- Confidence using tools and completing basic installations
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
You’ll also be:
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, accountable, and willing to take ownership
