We are an established pub company running 10 pubs in South and West London. Three of these pubs serve pizza and we are looking for an experienced pizza chef to join the team.
We use electric ovens and make our own dough on site.
The candidates should:
- have at least 12 months experience in a busy pizza section of kitchen
- be able to work alone, we only have one pizza chef on each shift
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
