We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised Packaging Specifications Coordinator to manage packaging data, technical documentation, and compliance activities across our product range. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in packaging, specifications, or technical administration within FMCG or manufacturing.
What you’ll do:

Maintain and update packaging specifications across all formats

Manage technical documentation including TDS and packing sheets

Ensure data accuracy and oversee document control processes

Support compliance with packaging regulations, including PPWR
-
Coordinate supplier documentation and recyclability data

Assist with packaging artwork and cutter guide compliance checks

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep systems and documentation up to date
What we’re looking for:

Experience in packaging, specifications, or technical documentation (FMCG/food/manufacturing preferred)

Understanding of packaging materials and artwork compliance

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:

Packaging qualification (or equivalent experience)

Experience with specification or artwork management systems

Awareness of packaging legislation and compliance requirements
