We are seeking two reliable and experienced cleaners to join us to clean a a large accommodation living complex located in the Lewes Road area of Brighton (BN2 4GL area).
The fixed working time for this role are 9:30am - 1pm Monday to Friday (17.5 hours per week)
You will be working as part of a team, but responsible for your own clearly defined areas of the development, giving you clear areas of responsibility with clear daily work schedules.
You must be able to clean to the highest standard with a great eye to detail, and take pride in your work.
A number of the building are situated across between 5 and 9 floors, so a good level of fitness is essential.
Duties will include the following:
- Cleaning communal entrance areas with high attention to detail.
- Cleaning shower blocks
- Sweeping bike store areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors to include stairwells and lifts.
- Cleaning skirting boards and high dusting
- External litter picking of communal ground areas.
- Emptying bins using a trolley and taking to bin store areas.
- Sweeping and cleaning bin store areas.
