Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
- Build rapport with customers and create memorable dining experiences.
- Demonstrate excellent menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling.
- Ensure tables and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the venue.
