We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The onsite sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our award winning Lichfield Peugeot and Leap dealership.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possess excellent inter-personal skills, first class time management and organisational skills and who believes in delivering the highest levels of customer service.
You will be a highly enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate the ability to work both individually and within a dynamic team. Given the specialist nature of this role you will already be experienced in a similar position within the motor trade, ideally with a Pinewood background.

The key responsibilities associated with this role re as follows:
· Process all documentation related to the purchase and registering of all new and used vehicles, including AFRL.
· All vehicle taxation and handbook administration in accordance with internal guidelines and external legislation
· To open and accurately maintain both manual and digital deal files
· Invoice all vehicle sales
· Administer all inter dealer vehicle transfers

Training
Training will be delivered at our Bromsgrove site, so ideally you will have access to a vehicle and be able to drive to Bromsgrove for the first few weeks of the role.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
