Join us as a Fundraiser with Gwent Wildlife Trust and help protect the landscapes, wildlife, and wild places that make our corner of Wales so special.
You don’t need previous fundraising experience - just heart, positivity, and real pride in your local area.
Average earnings are over £21 per hour, with a guaranteed basic of £14 per hour during probation.
Commission and bonuses apply from day one.

About the Role | Y Rôl
We’re looking for warm, inspiring people to join our passionate fundraising team across Gwent.
You’ll represent the Wildlife Trusts at a variety of pre‑booked, high‑quality venues - local shows, Welsh community events, garden centres, and retail locations - sharing our work and encouraging people to support us through small monthly donations.
You’ll be supported by a friendly, knowledgeable team, and all venues are organised for you by our dedicated Venues Team.

- Engage with the public at pre‑booked, good‑quality venues using our branded displays.
- Inspire new members to join Gwent Wildlife Trust through small monthly donations.
- Represent the Trust with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for Welsh nature and wildlife.
Requirements | Gofynion
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a positive difference for your community and your county.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with people from all backgrounds.
- A strong love of wildlife, nature, and the Welsh landscape - caru llefydd gwyllt Cymru.
- You MUST have a full driving licence and regular access to a suitable vehicle (you’ll travel across Gwent, including rural areas).
- Must be based in Gwent / Monmouthshire.
