Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Assist in implementing and updating personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
- Drive to clients’ homes or care facilities as required for home care visits or appointments
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to participate in activities and social interactions
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all
Skills
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely to various locations for home visits
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English to interact clearly with clients and team members
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Proficiency with IT systems used for documentation and record keeping
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful approach towards clients
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
