Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Base Salary (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Expected OTE: £40,000 – £50,000+

We are looking for an Experienced KBB Designer & Sales Consultant who is passionate about high-end design, possesses meticulous technical accuracy, and thrives on turning client briefs into stunning, closed sales.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Relationship Building: Welcoming clients into our luxury showroom, building immediate rapport, and guiding them through our product ranges to understand their lifestyle, budget, and design aspirations.
Creative & Technical Design: Utilizing Compusoft Winner to produce stunning, photorealistic 3D renders and mathematically precise floor plans for kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
The Premium Consultative Sale: Presenting your designs to clients in our dedicated presentation area, confidently handling objections, demonstrating the value of German engineering, and successfully closing the sale.
Site Surveys & Technical Accuracy: Conducting detailed on-site surveys to verify measurements, plumbing locations, and structural elements to ensure a flawless fit.
Ordering & Collaboration: Preparing precise, itemized quote specifications for our German manufacturers. Working alongside our Showroom Operations Coordinator to ensure a seamless transition from design sign-off to delivery and installation.
Marketing input from designing graphics for local campaigns to organising showroom events to capture leads.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven KBB Design & Sales Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and selling kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms within a mid-to-high-end showroom environment.
Software Expertise: Strong, hands-on proficiency with Compusoft Winner & Virtual Worlds is highly preferred (experience with alternative premium CAD packages like 2020 Fusion or Articad will be considered if backed by exceptional design flair).
German Product Knowledge: Experience designing and selling German kitchen/bathroom furniture, with a strong understanding of their grid systems, component codes, and technical ordering constraints.
Commercially Driven: A natural closer who loves hitting targets, tracking their pipeline, and maximizing order values through creative spatial design and appliance/accessory cross-selling.
Full UK Driving License: Required for traveling to client home surveys around Leicestershire and the wider Midlands.
