Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House team member to join our team on a full time basis. You will play a key role in delivering a high quality dining experience, ensuring every guest receives attentive and personalised service in a relaxed yet refined environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide attentive table service, addressing any enquiries or special requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all front of house areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operation during shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential, training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Experience with serving is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment
- Smart and professional appearance
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
