About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our Homecare Team covering Hitchin and the surrounding areas. This role includes working alternate weekends and weekday shifts, with some evening availability required up to 10pm. We can offer contracted hours based on your availability and the number of days you are able to work each week, providing stability and a regular income. Whether you have previous care experience or are looking for a new career where you can make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided.

Pay Rates
- Respite Calls: £13.05 - £13.65 per hour
- Homecare Calls:
- £14.35 per hour (Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm)
- £14.85 per hour (Monday to Friday, 6pm - 10pm)
- £15.35 per hour (Weekends)
- £16.35 per hour (Bank Holidays)
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities, long-term health conditions or mental health needs
- Providing companionship and practical support to help people remain independent at home
- Building meaningful relationships with regular clients
- Delivering person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Providing a minimum of 30-minute visits, allowing time to deliver quality care

What We're Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
