Roberts Limbrick are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic IT & Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office in Gloucester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a school or college leaver looking to start their career and gain experience in both IT and office administration. No extensive experience is required - we're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who enjoys helping others in a busy working environment.
What you'll be doing
IT Support
- Helping colleagues with basic IT issues and troubleshooting
- Handling IT support requests
- Creating and updating documentation
- Supporting the IT Manager with day-to-day tasks and projects
Administration
- Telephone call handling and taking messages
- Welcoming visitors and helping with meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with general office administration
- Supporting the Office Manager in day-to-day tasks
