Responsibilities

- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to enhance their quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Proficiency in IT skills for maintaining records and using relevant software applications.
