Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to provide exceptional support and care to an individual in their own home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life through personalised care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, and adults with complex needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in care is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Relevant certifications such as first aid, manual handling, safeguarding, are advantageous but not essential.
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
