Job Title: HGV Grab Lorry Driver (Arboriculture)
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (covering London & Surrey)
Pay: £130.00 - £200.00 per day, depending on experience

About Us
Graftingardeners Ltd is a well-established, family-run tree care company based in Leatherhead. We run multiple full-time tree teams working across London and Surrey, delivering a wide range of residential and commercial tree work.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Grab Lorry Driver to join our team, supporting our tree surgery crews. You'll be responsible for loading and transporting tree waste, arisings and site materials, as well as helping out on-site with general tree work knowledge where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the grab lorry to load and transport tree waste, logs and site materials
- Drive to and from sites across London and Surrey
- Work alongside tree surgery teams and provide ground-based support where needed
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain the lorry to a high standard
- Follow site safety procedures at all times
- Represent the company professionally on client sites
Requirements
- Full UK Category C or C+E driving licence (required)
- ALLMI or NPORS grab/loader crane certification (required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Knowledge or experience of tree surgery/arboriculture work
- Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player
