Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic
Location: Bracknell (Commutable from Ascot, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Reading, Camberley)
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 Guaranteed Basic Salary (Zero stress from unachievable corporate targets)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 18:00) – Strictly No Weekends!

- Carrying out heavy mechanical repairs, including timing chains, clutches, and intensive engine overhauls

Tracing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical faults logically using modern diagnostic tools

Delivering high-standard routine servicing, general maintenance, and multi-point vehicle checks across all makes and models

Working collaboratively alongside our in-house MOT Testers and technicians to maintain a smooth workshop workflow
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional workshop experience with broad mechanical knowledge across diverse vehicle brands

Skills: Strong heavy mechanical capability paired with a logical diagnostic fault-finding mindset

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
