As Carly Wilson Estates continues to grow, we're beginning to look at expanding our team over the coming months.
This isn't a role we're looking to fill immediately or simply to make up numbers. We're waiting for the right person to join our small, friendly team and help us continue delivering the service we're known for.
We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Sales Negotiator who is passionate about property, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys helping people through one of the biggest transactions of their lives.
The Role
You'll confidently manage a portfolio of properties from instruction through to completion, building strong relationships with sellers, buyers and solicitors while ensuring every client receives exceptional communication and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of properties from listing through to completion.
- Booking and conducting viewings where required.
- Booking valuation appointments.
- Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Progressing sales efficiently by liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors.
- Providing regular updates and reassurance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.
- Working collaboratively within our close-knit, supportive team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to remain organised and calm under pressure.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Confidence managing a busy workload while ensuring every client feels valued and informed.
- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
One in four Saturdays
