Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at Impossible York . Located in the heart of York, this role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the high standards of our historic establishment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff to uphold excellent guest experiences.
- Manage guest relations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Experience in guest services and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
