What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
- Providing outstanding care and reassurance to our patients
- Preparing surgeries to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Maintaining excellent infection prevention and cross-infection protocols
- Sterilisation and management of instruments and equipment
- Answering telephone enquiries professionally and confidently
- Booking, managing and coordinating patient appointments efficiently
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Building positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered (or nearing registration)
- Friendly, caring and professional
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Excellent on the telephone with outstanding communication skills
- Highly organised with strong appointment booking and diary management skills – this is an essential part of the role
- Comfortable handling patient enquiries with confidence, empathy and professionalism
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Experience in private dentistry is welcomed but certainly not essential—we value attitude and enthusiasm just as much as experience.
