We are recruiting 30 Apprentices to join the Welsh Government on an 18-month apprenticeship programme. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop professional skills and achieve a recognised Level 3 qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service.
As a Team Support Officer Apprentice, you'll play an important role in supporting teams across Welsh Government, helping them deliver services and achieve the best outcomes for the people of Wales. Throughout the programme, you'll combine practical workplace experience with structured learning and development, building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career.
As part of the apprenticeship, you'll undertake two placements of approximately nine months each in different Welsh Government teams, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience, develop new skills and build professional networks across the organisation.
You don't need previous office experience or qualifications to apply. We're looking for people with enthusiasm, potential and a willingness to learn. Whether your experience comes from education, volunteering, part-time work, caring responsibilities, sport, community activities or everyday life, we want to hear from you.
Our aim is to support apprentices into long-term careers within the Welsh Government.
