We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Experience Producer to take ownership of a core segment of our conference portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Experience, you will play a vital role in developing the operational "blueprint" for our events - shaping what our activations look like and elevating the value we deliver to attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
In this role, you will balance strategic lead-producer duties with team management, directly supervising two Senior Event Executives. You will oversee their end-to-end workflows and outputs, ensuring team projects remain on track from initial planning through to flawless on-site execution. As our event portfolio expands, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Experience to establish, refine, and scale robust operational processes. We are looking for a confident leader who isn't shy about taking charge, executing their own high-impact events, and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Supervision & Workflow Management: Supervise and mentor two Senior Event Executives, tracking their progress, managing their deliverables, and ensuring accountability to guarantee seamless execution across all assigned events.
● Process Optimization & Scaling: Partner with the Head of Experience to build, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks and event blueprints as the conference portfolio grows.
●End-to-End Event Execution: Take full ownership as lead producer for designatedflagship events, managing timelines, budgets, and operational logistics from kickoffthrough post-event evaluation.
●On-Site Experience & Journey Design: Map out and curate the complete attendeelifecycle on-site, ensuring every touchpoint - from registration and session flow tocustom activations and networking receptions - is immersive, polished, andhigh-value.
●Vendor & Partner Management: Research, vet, and manage high-end supplierrelationships - including AV, lighting, custom booth builders, and exhibition designers-handling everything from initial briefing to on-site execution and wrap-up.
●Operational Precision: Oversee technical event delivery, including detailed floorplans, load-in/load-out schedules, signage placement, and ensuring all physicalbranding meets exact specifications.
●Proactive Problem Solving: Serve as the ultimate on-site troubleshooter, navigatingcomplex, fast-paced event environments with composure to ensure execution withoutmissing a single detail.

Requirements
●Experience & Skills: Proven experience in researching providers, handling vendors,or coordinating complex projects. You are a "system-oriented" person who stays calmunder pressure and can juggle multiple deadlines. You have at least 4 years ofexperience in events.
●Education: A degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related fieldis not strictly necessary but would strongly support your application
●Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills; you must becomfortable negotiating with vendors and briefing high-level stakeholders.
●Attributes: You are someone who takes extreme pride in the "fine details" and isalways one step ahead of the schedule.
●Location: We are looking for candidates located between London or Cambridge.Surrounding areas will be taken into consideration, on a case by case basis.
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
