Associated Security is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality security safes. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Safe Sprayer / Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our production team immediately.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and spraying a wide range of bespoke security safes to a high-quality finish while ensuring all work meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparing metal surfaces ready for painting.
- Mixing paints and coatings to specification.
- Applying primer, base coat and top coat using spray equipment.
- Maintaining a high-quality finish across all products.
- Inspecting finished work for quality and consistency.
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work area.
- Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial spray painting or vehicle spraying.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and reliability.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Desirable
- Experience spraying metal products.
- Experience with two-pack (2K) paints.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering environments.

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
