Robust IT is looking for a confident, ambitious and hardworking person to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Course Consultant.
No previous sales experience is required – full training will be provided.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in sales, learn new skills and progress based on their ability and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Making around 200 outbound calls each day
- Contacting people who have enquired about our training courses
- Starting conversations confidently and building rapport
- Introducing Robust IT and identifying potential customers
- Booking appointments for experienced Course Consultants
- Passing interested customers to the sales team
- Recording accurate and detailed notes on our CRM
- Keeping customer information complete and up to date
- Sending follow-up emails and course information
- Working towards daily call and appointment targets
