In this position, you will lead and develop Oxford PV's digital communications activities across our website, social media channels, and digital campaigns, playing a key role in strengthening our global brand presence, supporting communications and marketing objectives.
Collaborating with the stakeholders across the organisation, you will develop compelling and targeted content that drive engagement, and support lead generation objectives. You'll help shape and execute Oxford PV's digital communications strategy while remaining hands-on in content development, campaign delivery, website management, and performance analysis. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and audience engagement through continuous optimisation, data-driven insights, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflows.

What will you be doing?

Owning Oxford PV's digital communications channels, including the website, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Developing and delivering digital communications and marketing campaigns that support business objectives, increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Creating, curating and optimising compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.

Managing content planning and editorial calendars, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with Oxford PV's brand and positioning.

Managing and developing Oxford PV's intranet, delivering engaging content that supports employee engagement and promotes the sharing of company news, initiatives, and resources.

Managing and continuously improving the company's websites, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and optimised for search performance.

Identifying opportunities to enhance the digital experience, reach and effectiveness of our online channels.

Monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital activities using data and analytics tools.

Using insights, testing and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign and channel performance.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure alignment with business priorities and objectives.

Managing external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for investment.
What will you need to succeed in the role?
Essential skills:

Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience gained through working in B2B digital marketing and communications.

Extensive experience owning and managing digital communications channels, campaigns, and content strategies, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.

Proven ability to develop, launch, optimise, and scale digital campaigns from concept through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level English proficiency.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content for a variety of digital platforms and audiences.

Natural collaborator, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, with the ability to create and edit high-quality visual content.

Experience managing website content through CMS platforms (Webflow) and working with SEO best practices.
