We are now looking for a Multimodal Freight Forwarder. You will be handling all aspects of International Multi modal Freight forwarding movements, both Import and Export by Sea, and Land freight. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure all needs are met within the specified delivery time, creating customs declarations in line with HMRC and current legislation.
Responsibilities will include;
Creating quotations.
Processing bookings.
Assisting with international freight documentation.
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries.
Generating leads for the sales team.
Some marketing activities.
Working with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Answering phone calls.
Maintaining the CRM and booking system.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
