London & Kent Surveyors are looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our expanding team on a part-time basis, covering North, North West and West London.
As demand continues to grow across this region, we're looking for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality surveys whilst benefiting from the flexibility of home-based working and a healthy work-life balance.
The Area You'll Cover
Applicants should ideally live within or close to one of the following postcode areas:
N | NW | W | HA | WD | EN4-EN6 | AL | UB
Ideal locations include:
- Barnet
- Finchley
- Hendon
- Harrow
- Borehamwood
- Watford
- St Albans
- Ealing
- Hillingdon
The role has been designed to keep travelling to a minimum, with surveys allocated within your geographical area wherever possible.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
- Producing high-quality, client-friendly reports
- Undertaking residential valuations where appropriate
- Speaking with clients following inspections to discuss findings
- Delivering the high standards our reputation is built upon
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Experienced in residential surveying
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Organised and able to manage their own workload
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
