Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional PSV Coach Driver to operate a dedicated HS2 site shuttle service. This role involves transporting HS2 staff safely between the site car park and tunnel entrance using a scheduled shuttle service.
The position operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, providing an excellent work-life balance with consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a PSV coach on a designated shuttle route within the HS2 site
- Transport staff between the main car park and tunnel entrance
- Follow pre-set scheduled run times
- Respond to ad-hoc collection requests from HS2 staff when required
- Ensure passengers are transported safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Follow all site safety rules and transport regulations
Requirements
- Valid PSV / PCV Licence (Category D)
- Valid CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong safety awareness and professionalism
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow site procedures and schedules
