The Role: Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Mobile (predominantly Central Belt, Tayside & Fife)
40-hr week
- Deliver high quality service and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of customer sites
- Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and legislative compliance in all tasks undertaken
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing effective communication, information and guidance on site
- Work as part of the service team to share knowledge and provide effective support for customer base
- Proactive approach to continued professional development including expanding knowledge of system/components and technologies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Hold a Full UK driving licence.
Extensive knowledge of various refrigeration systems and their components.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles in relation to refrigeration equipment.
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations through out Scotland as required.
Relevant certifications:
City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) - Required
City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia) - Preferred
City & Guilds 6187-21 (Hydrocarbon) - Preferred
