Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator to oversee and optimise maintenance operations within our Rental Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations by ensuring all our managed properties are maintained and compliant to the highest standards. The Maintenance Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities with Contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine maintenance with tenants, landlords and Contractors plus maintaining schedules for all managed properties.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Experience
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
