Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, ensure efficient service delivery, and uphold the home’s reputation for quality.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain high levels of efficiency and professionalism.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules that optimise staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, including COVID-19 protective measures.Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
