Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality electrical work on various projects. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications.
- NIC EIC Quality supervisor
- Lead, motivate, and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are met and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members to foster a skilled workforce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising electrical teams within industrial environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Demonstrable supervising experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation relevant to electrical works.
- Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications recognised within the industry are essential. - Relevant qualifications (, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition etc) to be the appointed quality supervisor (Should a candidate require a 1-3 day course/refresher to achieve, we will fund)
Hours will be 42.5 hours per week including 30 mins paid and 30 mins unpaid break per day. Overtime is offered at a rate of 1.5x Salary.
Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour
