Duties
- Manage daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and support staff to maintain high standards of guest services and hospitality
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and event planning as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer experience
- Organise staff rotas and oversee training programmes to ensure team effectiveness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to implement promotional activities and optimise operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within the hospitality or related sectors
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and organise a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends if necessary
- Previous experience in hospitality management is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
