Overview
We are looking for assistant managers to help us open, close and run the restaurant day to day. We require applicants to have a minimum of years experience to allow little to no growing pains when assimilating into the team.
Your Role
- 'Cashing up'
- Opening and closing the building
- Managing a team of up to 4 other workers
- Working with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and floor
- Restocking bar and cellar fridges
- Coordinating parties and their food in a timely manner
- Professional and polite service to all who walk through the door

- Flexible availability primarily around Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to adapt and learn new techniques
- Comfortability managing, and ensuring to the best of your ability, smooth service
- A desire to make customers short stay with us enjoyable
- Communication when things go wrong with front and back of house
- Ensuring cleanliness across the building for the betterment of all staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
