As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to play a key role in shaping and supporting our workforce.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function from our Oldham office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing business.
You will work closely with senior management to support company growth, develop HR strategies, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure best practice across all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
* Manage and maintain HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Lead recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and progression
* Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making
* Support managers with employee relations matters and HR best practices
* Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Drive employee engagement and contribute to a strong company culture
Skills & Experience
Essential
* CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
* Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and people management abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
* Previous experience within the service industry
* Experience supporting a growing business
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
