We are recruiting a Part Time Chef to join our outstanding Holiday Inn Express Wigan team within a role that offers great benefits.
Here at Holiday Inn Express Wigan due to the hotel expanding our services and getting more busier, we are recruiting a Part Time Chef to join our Kitchen Team, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their experience and gain professional development within a busy, successful kitchen operation. We are located on Martland Mill and are a 86 bedroom hotel - with all day dining available across 3 menus and a variety of specials.
What will I be responsible for?
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high level
- Assisting the kitchen in developing new specials dishes
- Ensuring you and your team deliver high standards of food and meet health and safety regulations with a strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and allergens
- Ensuring a squeaky clean kitchen after breakfast and dinner service

Salary / Hours:
The role pays £13.71 per hour and we are looking for someone to work between 16 and 30 Hours per week.
