Warehouse Operative – Full Time
Location: Burnham-on-Crouch
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at our Burnham-on-Crouch facility. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, where you will be expected to accurately pick customer orders for dispatch both nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch in accordance with company procedures and delivery schedules.
· Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimise errors.
· Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, contributing to a productive and organised working environment.
· Comply with all health, safety, and quality regulations, ensuring a safe workplace at all times.
· Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading lorries and preparing goods for dispatch.
· Safely perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties during stock movement, storage, and loading/unloading operations.
· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in line with company policies and health and safety requirements.
· Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to maintain accurate warehouse records.
· Work effectively as part of a team to achieve operational targets and meet customer expectations.
