Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, creativity, and adherence to food safety standards
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service to all guests
- Maintain a clean, organised bar and dining area, following sanitation protocols at all times
- Assist in managing shift operations, including opening or closing procedures and cash handling
- Support team members in delivering exceptional hospitality by providing guidance and leadership when needed
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the team to manage time effectively during busy hours, ensuring efficient service flow
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during shifts
- Basic math skills for handling payments, tabs, and inventory counts accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
