We are seeking a compassionate, resilient Primary Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in North Northamptonshire. You will provide tailored support to pupils - particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) - helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
- 1:1 & Small Group Support: Provide dedicated assistance to pupils with SEND, adapting learning materials to match their emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.
- Behavior & Well-being: Utilize positive behavior management and emotional regulation strategies to help pupils build confidence and independence.
- Classroom Collaboration: Work side-by-side with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to implement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs).
- Supervision: Oversee break and lunch periods to ensure a safe, inclusive, and structured social environment.
- Safeguarding: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to the school's strict safeguarding policies and reporting procedures.
