Work ranges from everyday maintenance jobs and disrepair remedy work through to complete end-of-tenancy void overhauls.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Disrepair & Repair Works: Tackling damp/water damage repairs, wall patching, making good, and general landlord maintenance requests.
- Void Property Overhauls: Turning around vacant houses and flats so they are clean, safe, and ready for new occupants.
- Trades Covered: General handyman duties, basic joinery (locks, doors, trim), minor plumbing (taps, traps, re-sealing), painting, and minor clearances.
What We Look For:
- Status: Self-employed sole trader, partnership, or small trade company.
- Essentials: Valid UK driving licence, own van, and full kit of tools.
- Insurance: Active Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.
- Location: Covering Leicester postcodes.
