What you'll be doing:
· Prepping fresh, vibrant dishes using spec books and smart systems
· Running a tight, clean and safe kitchen space
· Nailing allergens and food safety with confidence
· Jumping into KP duties and restocking like a pro
· Staying flexible — supporting across line, prep and café when needed
